A practice note you’ll actually use.

No elaborate tracker needed. Just a few words that help you notice, remember and return.

The small idea
A useful note can be only one sentence long.

Notice one thing.

Start with something concrete you understood or noticed. It does not need to be a milestone.

“I know which part I want to watch again” is already more useful than a vague verdict on how the whole session went.

    Keep a few prompts nearby.

Use whichever question feels useful today. You do not have to answer them all.

    • What is clearer than before?
    • What question would I like to ask?
    • Where will I pick up next time?

    Write for future you.

A note should make the next beginning easier. Keep it friendly, specific and short enough to read at a glance.

There is no need to turn learning into paperwork. If a single line does the job, stop there.

      A little list for later.

Use what helps. There’s no need to finish everything today.

A small next step, whenever you’re ready.
