The page after the practice.

What happens when you leave yourself a sentence instead of a score?

A thought to keep
A note is a little bridge between this session and the next.

One sentence, no score.

A blank page can feel like an invitation or an assignment. Keep it small enough to be the first one.

Try a sentence about something you understood. It does not have to summarise the whole day.

    Keeping a thread.

Next time, that sentence might remind you where you left off. It might help you choose a question to bring to the lesson.

Its purpose is not to measure you. Its purpose is to make returning easier.

      Enough to come back to.

Some days the page may stay blank. You can still return.

The notebook is a companion to the practice, not another practice to get right.

A small next step, whenever you’re ready.

The free home lesson and practice plan are a place to begin.
