Make room for a little practice.
A simple way to make practice feel like part of your day, rather than another thing to keep up with.
Make it easy to return, not hard to miss a day.
An invitation, not a deadline.
Look for a small opening in your week rather than the perfect routine. A plan that fits your actual life is easier to return to than one borrowed from somebody else.
You can put “watch the explanation again” on that plan. Learning is not only the part that looks busy.
Remove one small obstacle.
Save the lesson link. Keep your practice notes together. Choose where you will write the question you want to ask next time.
These are little preparations, but they mean your next session does not need to begin with a search.
Leave the plan flexible.
Some days have more room than others. Moving a session is not the same as losing your place.
Keep the next step specific and modest. “Revisit the first explanation” is a kinder instruction than “get better at everything”.
A little list for later.

A small next step, whenever you’re ready.
