A note to the returning beginner.
You do not have to begin as the person you remember being. You get to begin as you are.
Returning is not going backwards. It is finding a place to begin again.
Two versions of a beginning.
There can be a strange distance between remembering a feeling and finding it again. The memory arrives with a whole story about who you used to be.
Your new beginning does not have to live up to that story. It can ask different questions and take a different shape.
Permission to revisit.
You are allowed to return to the basics. To ask for the explanation again. To be curious about something that once felt familiar.
None of that erases the earlier chapter. It gives this chapter somewhere to start.
A little room for today.
Start with a question that belongs to now. What would make the next lesson clearer? What would you like to ask?
A return can be less about proving what you remember and more about noticing what you need today.
A small next step, whenever you’re ready.
